i get the picture the problem is i cant get the hieght if i push with more power i lose balance and my legs wont turn why is that

yeah.. now i think its gonna be easy learn ´em... yesterday i was in the beach and try ´em and i did 2 but then when i went 4 ma 3rd i hurt my wrist :S.. now im su fcking happy.-.- thanks bro... nice guide...really helpful...

hey the guide was really self explained but i cant do them still, i think i could be out of shape, but i think it could be that i cant balance on just one arm and one leg. could u gimme some tips? thanks yo

Ya marsio tight guide honestly helped explain some of the unclear stuff. But if you could still possibly give me advice on what im doing wrong. First time i dont expect to get it but I rotate to the right with my body and hips did everything but when my legs spin they tuck under my body and i dont think im getting enough air to open my legs up wide like that, instead of tucking them. Left leg rotates fine its just my right leg i need to tuck it to get it around i dont understand how i can get it open and spin fast enough to get around. I push off harder and it doesnt help any but please help advice needed.
