Hey guys, do you know if I'm doing my one-legged swipes correctly??
If not, how can I improve em? I've already looked at the guide and I think i'm doing what it says..=)

Yo, well you have baby one legged swipes right now. If you want the larger swipes you need to focus on bringing your hips up towards the ceiling and making sure that your knee doesn't bend past 90 degrees. Takes some practice but I was where you were at with those like 3 months ago and it only took a week to get down the larger swipes.

When you see vids of swipes the persons hips are always higher than whats shown in the pictures here.

Which form is better? high hips or low hips?
