ok i think im doing the swipes but it doesnt feel right and its not in the circular motion?
any tips on getting the circular motion |

for the circular motion it is important that you put your hands in the right position. They shouldn't be at at the same level(parallel).
and for the right feeling i thingk you should get your hips high |
