i want to get headswipes and swipes. so i practice bridge and headbrigde first.
is fine when i do normal bridge but when it come to headbridge. my lowerback hurts alot. i feel a very tight strain on my lower back. is it a correct way of doing it?
pls help thx. =)

sorry, i know tis is a crap question but i tot tat it may be helpful for noobs like me. =)

any kind of bridge will stretch your lower back, especially one on your head. it'll def strain it more, but if it gets to hurtin a lot you should probably stop.

Usually the upper back of your head, but it depends. Just roll your head around till you find a more comfortable spot.

try using the back of ur head and try not to pull ur head back near to the top of ur head that will only strain it use only BACK of ur HEAD ^^ :P works for me
