I read in the sticky that you tap and catch. From reading that, I assumed that your body kind of follows you. I've been trying to do a headspin, but only my head moves. My body just stays in the original position from the headstand. I tried to kick before tapping too, but I just end up losing my balance. So any tips?

yeah thats bad if your head only moves you could twist your neck, you have to use your hips man, try switching your hips back and forth then move on when it feels comfortable. try 1/4 spins first then 1/2 and then 1 thats what i did and it takes some time but its pretty easy to get once you have the feelling of momentum

nope lol i can do 2 without tapping and if im lucky maybe 3 but its getting there, more i practice longer i can go ;D
