i can manage to do one spin but i cant land on the handglide position agen.
any tips?

Tuck your non stabing arm, whip that back leg harder and higher, stay on your upper back
You might also have to adjust your arm/hand placements

make sure your landing on both and not trying to just catch yourself with just on hand
