handglide help! - 12-12-2007, 08:41 PM

when i do handglides my ribcage keeps hurting.
is it supposed 2 be like that?or am i stabbing in the wrong spot?

Yea my rib hurts like hell after i do any stabbing frezzes. long ago.
if ur rib hurts my advice is take a break for lil while..
not too long so u forget everything though

Lean your body weight on your stabbing arm. Practice hand glide freeze without using your other hand to hold it...You should be able to hold hand glide comfortably one handed for a long time...It's not necessary, but it just makes things a lot easier...

PRactice handglide freeze
when you handglide.. it looks better perfectly straight. crickets are bent.

i can put something like a folded towel over ur rib cage b4 doing it. it will not hurt that much.
