yo so I just started doing headspins man and well now I got the soar head from the shock of doing them. jes wondering if I should let it heal or will it be okay to man it out.

I had the same problem
Just make sure u did everything right.
and if it hurts everytime u do it u shuld stop for atleast 1-2 weeks

yea I wear my pom-pom hat :3 but turns out all I needed were two days of rest and now my head is fresH! aye yo man but see. my house is entirely carpet o.O! so I've been doing headspins on my biology textbook ~_~ but damn now dat I'm progressing the harder I spin I move a lil and then my head falls off the textbook *_* so I need a dancemat. cardboard is gay. you guys know if like wal-mart or publix or some shit sells some kinda smooth surface mats or some shit o.O?

If your head is sore, you should keep doing them. This will toughen it so that it won't hurt later. You should also do them every day to help your head get used to it.

Ehhh Are you spinning on the right spot? It should be the flat part of your head..not the pointy part.

When i first started headspins, my head only hurt from headaches because of bloodrush... It was never sore...Now my head doesn't hurt once i do them...
You'll get used to it eventually.
