Headspin Controversy - 11-14-2007, 06:29 AM

Im sorta in the process of learning the headspin. I have gotten to points where I have a no handed headspin, but after a week without practice, I loose it. Does headspinning require constant practice at the beginning? Secondly I don't want to develop any bad habits, so am I supposed to swing my legs, or is it fine if I use my arms to sort of pull my self with little leg movement.

Headspin is all about your hips. Twist your hips. There should be little upper body in it except for when you tap. When you tap you have to twist your upper body in the direction you're spinning, tap, and twist your hips again. As with 90% of things, if you don't do them for a while, you lose it.

I live for Christ most of my life cause he paid the price so I don't have to die without knowing the end. He saved my life.
