i don't know if this would be the right place to put it in and i'm sorry haha. well do you have to know how to do 90's to elbow spin or are elbow spins actually easier than 90's?

depends on how u start

if u start on ur elbow u can learn it faster/easier then 90s

if u start it standing then i think elbows are harder then 90

but tats only my opinion

oh..i see i thought elbows would b easier cuz
