Headspins aren't that dangerous. Warmup your neck each time you do it. It's safety to use a beanie or a helmet to spin. I remember people say headspinning without head protection can result in hair loss. Last time I saw that 7 year old kid headspin was sick. He was almost close to Aichi's time. He's probably gonna be the next Aichi when he grows up.

jus build tolerance with ur neck lil by lil everytime and sooner or later u'll feel strong and not sore at all (if u do i mean). jus do everything slow until u feel more and more comfortable and keep thinkin on how every detail can be changed to make u do it better. peace

just make sure u get he adstand down first... cuz the headstand builds ur neck and skull thickness. so that when u do start spins.. ur muscles and all will be ready.
