Well, im tryin to do a handglide, but I cant lift myself off the ground, so.. I cant really start spinnin. Anyone have some tips on what makes liftin myself easier? (besides gettin stronger)
um.. practicing is the only thing that will get you better. Try to hold turtles... then work on handglide positions, and then the rest will follow through.
So I should work on turtles before I try handglide?

no.... just the turtle freeze. Holding these freezes will help you gain strength and balance. After you can hold it for a little bit, try to go to the handglide freeze. Then you can work on the spin and taps.
Yea i suggest working on conditioning your wrists by either weight training or sitting in a handglide freeze position or baby freeze or chair freeze for small amounts of time and gradually get better at holding the handglide freeze. Right after you get a good hold, you can move on to the spinning.
