the best way is do 1 mill, then halfway through your 2nd mill instead of restabbing, put your weight on your right shoulder and put your legs like a 1HS, (looks like a " + " shape) left leg strait up, right leg strait sideways,
practie as a freeze 1st, once you can hold for infinity time try it from a mill
