i see some bboys like cico do headspins with their hands behind their head. it must be a variation rite? is it easier or harder than without? and is it possibly safer because you get extra support from arms so you dont break your neck?

harder i think...you can practice, hollowback with hand on the ground, and arms behind your head...and then ....try to use in spins...just a ideea.i am not a pro....

i think he means headspins with HANDS behind on the back of your head, and i think he means drills.
