I was once going to windmill from standing, i mustve done something wrong because i ended up doing a fuckin nice shoulder spin lol. Of course I was never able to do it as good again =/
In the vid his head touches the floor, the one i did there was nothing other than my shoulder touching, its probably the way he starts it.
