ive been practicing for like a hour and i got like 1/2 a circle. any tips on how to get more?

arrrrr.....i can do one round.....all i am lacking is momentum.....if you can balance your air chair well that should not be a problem

Try to do 6-steps into it, it will give you a lot of momentum which will help you do more rotations

ive seen people do them from the flare start

personally i start them from the windmill handglide start
