Problem with Hand-glide - 04-29-2007, 08:42 PM

Started practicing with the hand-glide and everytime I attempt it, its hard to breath and I can't hold it for very long.

I'm stabbing with my left arm on the lower left-side of my abs and using the right for support. Everything just tightens up and its really difficult to hold it.

Do i just need to practice on my balance more? Any recommended excercises I should do?

Thank you in advance

just sit in the handglide freeze over and over and focus on breathing. thats really the only way to help you out, same for turtles.

practice with the turtle freeze or do a handglide with your head on the floor. Also, try to put your elbow right above your hip-bone. Thats where I put it, and never have problems breathing.
