im just starting to learn headspins. what should my eyes focus on so that i dont get disoriented or dizzy during it

look at a wall or somthin just dont look at the floor,i look at nothing i dont think about what to look at i just concentrate on my ticks,just zone out an feel the glide

look at your shoulder or bicep or anything between that region of your arm.

i dont really look at anything... i guess i zone out cuz i get focused wen i try headspins
