get a helmet to learn and alternate with a beanie to get used to using a hat, because u get more respect if u spin on a beanie in a battle

ive had a injury kind of like that... like sometimes if i whip too fast, some nerve in my head would react and cause a really wierd brain freeze-ish pain.

and i dont use helmet at all... i rarely use a beanie, its usually on my head.

if u do use a helmet or a beanie, you should be okay.

i use to have it when i started headspinning, well basically you gotta get ur head used to it. it will mosh (i dunno how to interpret what im saying) down a lil flat as you start and then it will get a lil flat-er so you get used to headspinning, nothing serious tho. if u have a pointy head then the pain it will be a lil more than a normal persons but nothing serious man, as you keep practicing it will get better. Just remember, don't arch ur back and stay in the middle of your head

me i dont use beanies until my head get use to the feeling of the flat floor and dont worry over time when you practice headspin alot you'll get use to it once you get use to it THEN use the beanie + helmet but in the beginning dont use it

no bboy name
no crew

but still practices to be the best
