if your using your left elbow then thats about right. Just need to practise the balance

Stuff I know
Footwork learned:
6 step, 3 step, 2 step, swipes, switch, helicopter, 12 step-ish thing, thread drop, knee drop
Freezes learned:
Baby freeze, shoulder freeze, turtle, handglide, sloppy pike, sloppy elbow pike, sloppy nike, sloppy invert hollowback, headstand
Power:
Handglide...

because the guy asked if it's 'bad' to use the right hand. well w/e basically the easiest way to explain hanglide is in the lower part of ur abs or hip bone, (Left on Left, right on right)

You should need balance, you can hold it wherever you want, but balance is all you really need. Try not to bruise yourself up. Lol
