Hey Guys...I have started break dancing for about 2 - 4 weeks now and i am able to get into the hangglide position, collapse, and spin with one hand, and i am now starting on the cricket. I was just wondering why my ribs hurt, when i inhale it hurts, maybe im stabbing wrong??? i can't figure out why so an answer would be helpful AND i can't start my windmill whenever i kick my right leg (CW) i seem to fall. A couple of pointers would be well appreciated.
