help: headspin leans? - 12-24-2006, 03:43 PM

i do CCW headspins...for some reason i cant seem to get my legs to keep balanced at the center... my legs are split and straight, but as soon as i start to spin my right leg droops and i immediately fall...

haha thanks... but what i meant by the leg sagging issue was that the leg droops as soon as i start to spin... i dont have any trouble holding a headstand with my legs split...

oh..when i first started learning headspins it was also like what you said..when u try to spin your legs will like fall den you will lose balance right...u must remember to keep your legs wide and straight...when you're trying to spin...remember to keep your legs wide and straght..i mean like..focus on your legs to keep them wide...lol i kinda sucky at explaining sry >.<

haha uhm ok well the thing is, while your at a headstand learn to wine your legs back and forth (ccw and cw) and try to balance that way.
