you got to keep your back straight when you arch your back like that you will lose your balance fast

Lower your legs, make a 90 degree angle and don't whip until you can tap decently

i'm all for the tapping
its works and it doesnt take much to get good at it

the tough part is finding your balance point on your head
just keep your back straight, and like adrian said dont let your left arm flail
