i got a question... when you do it with one hand... when i tryed it with one hand i couldnt do it because my hand couldnt keep still because of the weight.. do i have to do something ? or something wrong ?

Your hand is shaking? Not strong enough maybe? My arm usually starts to shake when I'm too weak for a move.

Were are you stabbing?

Edit: Do you mean one handed handglide, or a handglide in general?

like when i spin... my weight is shifting to my one hand that on the ground and i cant spin... hopefully that makes sense

hey I have a question
on the hand that your freezing on,-hand underneath your abs-how do you make it spin?do you have to lift your fingers up and balance on your palm?
Im up to a half a rotation but i cant get any farther becuase my wrist wont rotate more and when i try to lift my fingers up i cant balance on just my palm

Guys, a lot of you are forgetting to use something that will let you spin. I know some people who can spin without using a beanie or such because their hand is already conditioned by doing a lot of Donuts and Icey-ice, but if you're starting out, just do it with a beanie, a plastic bag if there's a lot of friction. Wristbands work as well - it gives you the feeling of spinning on your palm alone, but expect more friction than if you use a beanie.

i know how to do a turtle but everytime i try to handglide my guts makes me feel like i want puke and do i use my ribs to get me on the freeze?

yu need a guie to do handglide??? if you know turtle freeze, then you ease learn this move.
