lolz D.n.A. dont rush urself bro, just let it heal and post it up sometime whenever you want and feel up to it lolz

Just always remember it is not what moves you learn or how well you can dance, you can always learn new moves and improve your technique in dancing, it is what makes you feel great, that's what bboying is, a way to dance that frees your mind, gets you away from the world without a care left in it and makes you feel great!

Haha check your windows, if the sun is shining you normally don't see a lot of stuff on your computer.
My vids aren't dark lol, maybe it's your windows media player codec or something

when i try handglides i have my elbow in the hole beside my hip bone because my elbow slips off if it is anywhere else. is this ok because everyone else has it on their abs sort of area but i cant hold it there for more than half a second without falling. and my wrists really kill after doing this is it just that i have weak wrists or im not used to balancing on it or that i'm doing something wrong?

Well here we go for the hundredth time,
Hand grenade pins in every line
throw em up and let something shine
going out my fuckin mind

You shouldn't stab in your abs. You're stabbing in the right place, called the obliques.
And your wrist will get stronger as you practice.
Good luck.

If you stab with your left elbow and have a free right hand, wave to the right with your right hand, then wave back, without touching the ground, place hand on ground and wave to the right again.
That's why I call it waving, you go from the left to the right and back.

This is a great guide, I'm just starting and am already getting the hang of some of this stuff. Keep it up, and thanks for all the help.
