it was actually the hipbone that hurt.
i have a temp solution but im not sure if its still correct put the elbow a tad closer to the dick. before my bicep was almost parallel to my body. more angle=less pain. ;o |

The hipbone hurts for almost every bboy/bgirl that starts to handglide.
I never have this pain anymore, unless I do jackhammers, those hurt ass. |

It looks like this is popular and you've been waiting 6 months for a sticky, so here you go, a sticky haha
Though if it dies or goes downhill it might get unstickied So link people to this so we don't have so many retarded "omg how to handglide?!!!1" threads |

Just always remember it is not what moves you learn or how well you can dance, you can always learn new moves and improve your technique in dancing, it is what makes you feel great, that's what bboying is, a way to dance that frees your mind, gets you away from the world without a care left in it and makes you feel great!

I think your body isn't really used to it. If this pain keeps coming back go see a doctor

Yeah videos didn't work for me but I know what you ment after reading it. I can already balance in the 1-handed turtle freeze position. Just haven't tried spinning yet.
