Awesome guide man...I love it. I'm limited to practicing on a damn carpet floor, but I can do handglide freeze pretty good so I gotta get this down...it'll help me alot when learning cricket...but one question, do you have to have like gloves, etc to spin on? lol what a stupid question...or else it would be crickets...

Yo Crede, lol do u know I can handglide on carpet?!! haha yeah it fucks my hand up a lil bit but hey, it's cool =P I never use gloves, don't know why... it's just that a sweater is better =P, just check out my vids =P I use my sleeve all the time, it's WAY better than hats or beenies... btw when I handglide on carpet (not talkin bout crickets) I don't use anything to spin on...

How do you balance properly? I have been trying at cant balance correctly. I can't get my legs off the ground.

I assume that you're talking about the handglide freeze, well here we go: slooooooowly remove your supporting hand from the ground, and if you go CCW (stabbing with your left elbow), then gently lean to the left and if you go CW (stabbing with your right elbow), then gently lean to the right. Just try that out, if it doesn't work just post again lol.
I have updated the guide. The emoticons are gone (finally), I made some slight changes and I've added a new tip. Good luck |

Good guide, but I'm still sucking at them. I can do the turtle freeze without a shirt but with a shirt my elbows slide off. I can hold the handglide position for about 5 seconds, but then again my abs are starting to hurt. Also, I think I maybe stabbing incorrectly because everytime I stab I feel like I need to pee.
