Try spining in less rotation first. When i was learning head spins i did 90 degrees, and stopped and then did another 90 and kept goin, worked up to 180 then 270 and finally 360, 540, 720 and so on. So yah, just try in 90 degree increasments. Build up your neck muscles too, I spend atleast 2 hours a day working on my muscles, do some headstands against a wall and pick up your hands higher and higher till you have them at your hips and your chillin against a wall on the top of your head. Liek the other guy said, if this doesnt help, i just suck too i guess.
