I have been at headspins for a few days and im now at wiping tho some times i will spin over the back of the helmet or it isnt anything for my head to keep spinning and my body stop because of a arm supporting me.
(it feels weird like your spining inverted or somthing)
Anyway i gave headspins a go without a helmet on the floor caned my hair but i didnt have a problem that i do with the helmet. adleast i dont think so.
What can i use instead of the helmet?
