i am getting headspins and im wondering if its just a case of me needing to keep practicing but im having a few problems.
sorry if these have been answered 100 times over.

When im in a headspin i can swipe a 360 then put my hands down swipe another but i usually fall over on my front?

Sometimes when im spining my hands i use to put down and sway my legs 1 hand will dissapear around the back of my head making me fall?

i use a helmet and i end up spinning then my helmet takes off and spins around the back of my head?

I guess practice could clear these up and if i think enough and read guides which im about to do but would be nice if i could have some answers for these questions thanks.

Maybe a vid of me would help when i get my digital cam from dads ill film me doin the best i got then maybe someone can give me advice.
