If um anyone has good tips on turtle spins help. please, thanks. I'm Starting on this to train me for Windmills.

make sure you got stable turtle/handglide freeze, practice shifting weight from one arm to the other slowly (use your legs at first to help) dont need legs to be straight but they look better, dont worry about speeding up, after a few rounds of slowly going through it the speed will hit pretty fast.

ur legs shouldnt be straight for TURTLES....not by a long shot, thats a completely different move if ur legs are straight and it makes the balance harder

yo u shudnt start a new thread with such a general question, all da tips u need are in da guides. u shud start new threads asking for help wen u have a specific problem u cant solve by urself.
