They can.....
Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.
Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.

You know... I've always wanted to know more about this. Anubis, do you have more info?
Lately, I've been doing headspins with JUST a helmet to make sure I don't lose any hair. And it gets annoying having to carry around my helmet everywhere.

The thing that causes bald spots is that ur hair twists up and pulls out by the root farther down AND u callous over ur scalp. IF u take precautions it wont be that big of an issue, make sure the floor ur on spins so that u dont twist ur hair more then u have too, if ur hair is sweeping the ground ur not twisting it...
helmets, beanies, skullies whatever u wanna use can hurt or help, hair can stick out of the holes in helmets, u can stick in ur hat which is worse for u
over all use common sense, the floor ur on and what ur using have a difference, as well as what type of hair u have and how it is on ur head.

Well, I have really short hair (I cut & shave my hair every two weeks). I spin on hardwood. And like I said, I've been using a helmet, but given the circumstances...would a beanie be fine?
