headstand/spins -

hi, im havin trouble gettin up to a headstand, ( i know this sounds noobish but ive never tried befor) i can only do them if i hav my legs against a wall while i push up, if i just push of the floor i always go straight over the top, any1 got an solutions or easier ways 2 learn, oh and btw wots the best headgear 2 wear, im currently just using a baseball cap

LOL u noooob!!! JP i am too but the only way ur gonna get a reeeel good headstand done is to use a beanie(prefered) and den get on yur knees. lol then put yur hands on the floor(DON'T USE A WALL) then put yur head on the floor so u can see yur knees. aiight then slowly but use force ur gonna lift up ur legs. BINGO!!!! ur headstand is done bitch lol i don't know if its gonna help u but that's the way i did it so ya. don't hate peace out

uhh sure i'm not even sure but i heard they are great on headspins kuz they won't slide off yur head . Mr.Her y do you call yurself that? lol and no don't use a pillow unless ur sleeping or u wanna sleep during a headstand lol peace

and for spins, beanies help but depends on the beanie

Anubis is right u don't need a beanie fer a headstand unless ur headspinning. i don't even know how to headspin so i can't help u if u wanna spin. n-e tips people? lol peace
