I dont exactly have headspins down but i am pretty closse so i dont know if want to listen to me or not...its ur choice.
But my advice would be to just practice headstands every day for about 5-15 mins. U dont need to be able a headstand for an hour, but if u can balance for a good 3 miniutes easily, ur all set. Note: your fingers should point away from your face when u do a headstand. your legs should be bent at the knees right foot in front, left in back.
Try balancing while swinging your legs cw then ccw. Once you have that swing you legs in the opposite direction u want to spin then swing them back and lift up ur hands...spin 1-5 times and then bring them back down...keep practing this and eventually you wont have to stop, instead you will be able to just keep tapping.
I suggest using a beanie, u could lose hair.
NOTE: do not try and go for extra spins, if u r gonna fall, just fall, or u could seriously hurt ur neck.
