there isn't much technique to figure out to learn to backspin, its pretty easy. You don't really show clearly enough how to backspin from handglide.

yeah i didnt show it from handglide cos if u can collapse then all u have to do it close ur legs and try spin on ur upper back, even though i aint spinning on my upper back.....
