^shut the fuck up.

Seriously dude, the only worry you have to have with headspins is hair loss. Doing headspins without a beanie rips out your hairs. Wear a beanie or a helmet when learning to prevent getting a bald spot.

All this snap your neck stuff is bullshit, Just rad anubis guide and you will be fine.

Good luck

when i was learning headspin
i obviously learned headstand first
then after that i tried spinning on my head
it was extremely painful at the beginning....
my neck muscle was insane... couldn't turn my neck around..
but after few days or a week it got better.
breakin ur neck is possible if u don't be careful
u will lose some hair. or great amount of hair.. it depends on each person.

Argh, hair loss? Does a hat help? I can get a couple spins but I haven't lost hair in the process, hmm...

Also, you can't snap your neck. I was doing a no-handed headstand and messed up and fell. While I was falling, I heard some cracks in my neck bones. I'm still alive and typing this, so it can't be that bad...then again, I should probably get a doctor to diagnose if there's any probs lol

lately when i've been practicing my headspins i've been doing it without a beanie or helmet. its starting to get painful but i dont know whether i should keep practicing my headspins w/o a hat. i dont mind the hair loss cz i keep my hair short or shaved. newayz i wanna know if i should continue headspinning without anything on my head.

nope, not a joke, u spin and ur hair twists n pulls out by the roots, its why it takes so long to grow back...

hats CAN help, just hope u dont spin inside ur hat when ur hat stops, makes it worse

Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.

Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.
