Handspin Guide -

Ill give pics later.
This is a clockwise spin on the right hand.
Ok, to do a handspin, you will need good, hard, abs.
Plus some upper body strengh, as well as a good, strong wrist.
Step 1: Ok get into a kneeling position (back straight, knees on ground) and get both elbows and put it on your abs.
You know on Dragon Ball Z, people do those blasts out of their hands? Put your hands exactly like that, while you put your elbows together on the mid-section of your body.
Step 2: Put your hands dont flat on the ground (fingers away from each other).Elbows still on your abs, and head on the ground, try to lift up your legs. Now do the same thing, but move your left hand out of the way, but your left is still holding you up. Notice
that your legs go up WAY higher this way. If you feel pain of your ribs, thats normal for a beginner.
Step 3: Do Step 1 but this time, put your right elbow in the middle of your stomach this time, so your wont feel the rib pain, as well to keep your balance.
Step 4: Get a piece of paper plastic (the thing you protect paper with) or just regular paper. I would choose plastic.
Get on a slippery floor (as I mean slippary, I mean possible to slide with your socks) not concrete.
Put your right hand IN the plastic and do Step 3.
If your left hand is far away from your right hand (like it should be)
You should push and start to spin with your left hand.
Also know that the spin help keep your balance.
What I mean is that you should give a very powerful push
at the beginning.
I know that this is kinda confusing, so feel free to ask questions.
Sticky anyone?
