ive been working on mills but i was told that i should go back and work more on backspins since the movement after you collapse from the handglide is similar to a backspin. anyway, how do oyu know if you're ready to move on to mills? when you're on your upper back?

when u can collapse and able to do a backspin. or do u mean restabb. if ur trying to restabb look for a guide

you know your ready to move onto mills when you can collapse into a backspin with your legs in a v shape until you bring your legs into your chest, and yeah when your on your upper back right after the collapse, it would also help you if you tried spinning high on the shoulder you rotate to after the collapse, that way you when you start mills you will have extra height in front, from rolling high off of that shoulder
