Unhappy Cat start a headspin!!! - 06-08-2005, 03:50 AM

can any 1 help me wif my problem...i can headstand very well but becuse i dont have carpete floor or mats...i use a bed 2 headspin...the moment i whip my legs...i juz turn like for 1/2 a second n fall!!! i juz cat help it...can any 1 plz help?

Dont use a bed it is dangerous. Try it on any smooth surface, it's not that far a fall.

NEVER CARPET

i was doin millz once and when i stopped i did an accidental shoulder spin and i was wearin a tank top, so my shoulder was severely burnt

k thanks..i've now been tryin 2 headspin on those rectangular mats u could find in like say an aerobics studio or gyms....butcant spin at all when whippin my legs...n i'm not using any head gear... juz fall down when i whip my legs! :-(

hey upstart.....why don't u just find a real smooth floor.....don't need to use gear......a beanie is enough......up to u though.....just an advice.....

my cat can headspin too, i think they should battle. seriously though, dont used a bed you'll break you neck. smooth floor and beanie, or helmet on pretty much any hard floor. check with any skaters or ex skaters if they have a helmet lying about not getting used. some beanies are uncomfortable to head spin in coz of the stitching pay attention to the stitching when you go to by one. later

find a flat cleen wooden floor or lino then try (us that shud work fine) . beds - ull stick to the duvet. aerobics mats - to rubbery ull stick and it woud rip out ur hair. oh and definitely wear a hat of sum sort on floor or ull get a big bald patch on ur head. and we dont want to look old!
