Yo,

Hi all, Well i have been trying to get from my baby freeze onto my back to do my new york backspin and iakinda got it a few weeks back. Now over night i suddenly cant do it any more? how PH*&ked is that...?

anyway when i go to do it now i seem to really pull on my wrist as i turn. and then end up thumping onto my hip? Does anyone have an err easy to follow guide or clip of how the hell to get from the freeze to the back? with out smashing hip or cracking my wrist..

whan you say collape higher what do you mean? I think the issue is i cant really collapes right at all.

just keep trying man. you will get there. it can get crap when you keep on and on, but care full not to over do it otherwise i guarentee your pull an injury. if you ever wanna pass up to high wycombe or link up let us know as i dont think your that far
