weneva i go from headstand to tapping i lose alot of balance whilst

my best amount of spin sis like 3or 4 but my average is like 2

i always open my legs up but still it aint help and i use beanie so wats my problem?? should i be tappin hard cos i tap slowly and soflty sorta
