Many people are great fans of this move since it looks like you need lots of strength. But you dont.
What is a Handglide?
A handglide is a move where you are in a turtle position and spinning on one hand. Turtles are where you are stabbing your elbow into the soft spot between your hip and belly button and your free arm can be anywhere.
Handglides-
1. Now what you wanna do is get down into the turtle position and stay in that position as long as possible. Now if you can hold that position for at least 10-15 seconds, Proceed to step two.
2. After you got step one down. Put a cloth under your stabbing hand. And do you notice your free hand? When you do a turtle, that hand does nothing but helps you a little for balance. Now lets try handglides. You will have to use your free hand to push so you are able to spin on ur stabbing arm. Make sure your free arm is on the otherside of your head which means by your other shoulder. This can create more momentum to keep going.
3. When pushing, use ur fingers and make sure u dont slap the floor. Slapping the floor will make you go nowhere, thats not a handglide is it? nope.
4. When pushing with ur fingers, make sure u do not pause, just push against the floor. Continue doing this for as long as you can.
