ok i got this MASSIVE bump on my head frmo practicing head spinning so much. i mean sure after practicing for a while my head gets bruised so i stop for a while. a day or 2. but after so long its this extremley giant bump on my head. when i go in a head spin the part i used on my head turned into a bump, and so i kinda balence on that but it hurts. now i head spin without a beanie or helmet... any ways to get rid of the bump, or should i start using a beanie helmet or what?

Hey original_bboy, I went through the same thing. When I just started learning headspins, the top of my head just started hurting badd and when i touched it there was this huge bump on my head(well it wasn't that big).
Just lettin' you and anyone else who has this problem know that its probably normal because it has only made me better and there's nothing to worry about.

So it will eventually go away? Im starting to get the first signs of a large bump. I dont think my neck is strong enough to get one rotation yet though...

YEH definitely wear a beanie or helmet (try and get your hands on a tribal gear headspin beanie they work best) at least some sort of padding but for now dont headspin or headstand or anything on your head till that bump totally goes away or itll neva heal and ull be in pain. oh ye and without a beanie/ helmaet ull go bald!

ok i only have a beanie...and it sucks -.- i have no helmet and im to lazy and poor to get one. so should i quite head spinning totally till it gos away? or should i just at least use a beanie?
