The Movement must end in u,hmmm, like u have traced a circle on the ground and ur gonna walk all over it like, ur right knee gets on the circle, then ur left knee, hten ur left foot then ur right foot to return to the 1st position:

1:be standin on ur feet with u bending u r legs the most u can so u will be in this pos:

so put ur hands so that u grab ur legs just just up ur boot and don't let them go
step 1 : while ur in this position put ur right knee on the ground
step 2 : bring ur left knee just with ur right knee and the power of u bringing the left knee will make the right foot back near ur left foot
step 3 : at this point u till be like in the 1st position but ur knees will be on the ground
step 4 : so lift ur knees with ur feet power so ur in 1st position
Repeat step 1
