yesterday me and terence were practicing our moves in his gigantic room (lol) and he did a headstand and accidently spun on his head. then i was like omg! and i tried it and i did it too!!! the first few times we got one rotaion, then i moved on to other things and terence got 2 rotations.

i was just wondering if headspins are reallly dangerous, or do they just seem like it. because we dont wanna break our necks

only if u dont stretch before, make sure u know the know how and stuf and hav sufficient strength in ur neck..

Nuthin special, last time when i`m practising.......i bust 4 rotation of windmills and at dat time i can only do 1 rotation!!!!and now....i can do at least 10 rotation of them!!!Anyway... cangrats on ur headspinin!!!
