after numerous taps on your headspin and you feel you can let go and just continue spinning, what position do my legs arms and body form into to be able to do many continuos spins. also i ve heard that when you bend your torso inward and touch your feet the haedspin becomes more difficult and not good for novices which i am at continous headspins so answer my question and gimme advice.,

try getting vertical, from what ive seen that gives you speed and momentum and im guessing is easier to balance, unlike the whole leg down touching thing, that just looks impossible
arent those like drills? i may get to0 fast and not be able to sustain and control the momentum with a steady spin. should't i try like arms out to the side and feet like scissored, like i m kneeling on one knee but upside down. i dunno any experts out there that can give tips. thanks for the suggestion anyway da1ndonle i ll try it anyway and tell you the outcome.
Basically, in order to "sustain" the momentum, its better to have your legs spread and in front of you but not to the point where its right in front of you. The main thing to remember is to avoid your feet dropping below your waist. I know you got the whip thing so other than that I think you can manage. Remember this also, TAP and WHIP.
Oh yeah, when your trying to grab your feet you should bend your head in a little; sort of like a head hollow. Helps for balance.
thanks j i ll try that but i need to get my taps back, i can only tap like 3 or four times now cuz i got frustrated and decided to work on other moves. help me with this too when we session.
