ny back spin is like the basis of a windmill.. and it starts in babyfreeze i just don't understand how to get from the babyfreeze to my back without touchin my legs when i kick

sounds like backspin from handglide position. this is the way i suggest learning backspin, because you learn how to collapse. after you get that part, windmilling should be easy.

To go from a handglide into a backspin to you need to touch the ground with your shoulders first by tilting your body forward. Spinning and then leaning forward, and then to the side, you should find yourself going onto your shoulders first and then kind of rolling onto your upper back into a backspin. To help ensure the movement is smooth, make sure you try to let yourself down gently and really emphasise the spinning of your legs and body sideways. This makes any heavy landings feel less significant because all the force is in your spinning sideways.

Hope this helps.

well my collapses are really smooth now but yet my mills still suck but i can ny backspin really good it isnt that hard once u know how to collapse. and wen u r collapseing if u r just dropppin onto ur shoulder then ur not doin it rite u gotta roll into it smoothly i know it sounds complicated but its not.
