i can help ya...!!
u need to master the turtle position...then try doin it on one hand...i mean one elbow in ur abds...the other hand is just supporting u...keepin ur ballance...u know
so u use that hand free to make u spin...if the left elbow is in ur abds...u use ur right hand to spin to the left and viceversa..!!
use a glove or somethin...
on the short story...that's the way it goes...if ya want more help...hit me up...aayght...!!
