Do a headstand, then start to move yourself around using just your hands, keep your legs still because if you move them you will go off balance, eventually when your able to get speed you will be able to lift your hands and start to spin...

but u need to take it slow, dont try n whip ur legs at first. and being able to hold a headstand means about . much in spinning on ur head

mmmmm......i have actually think about ur combo and plan to do it.......but still cant do it...still practicing though.....i find it difficult for me to go to a handstand from a headstand.....so,when i can suceed,i will try it then ......now i just end my headspin with a suicide......well,not exactly a nice suicide,just collapse to my left from a headspin...lol
