How do i get faster headspins? -

I can do headspins, but i cant seem to get them to go ne faster. ive been practicin em for bout, like 4-5 months. ive got em down but i cant do em ne faster . ne one have ne advice on that?

one u tap n swing ur legs at the same time, this is good for intermediate
two is u reach ahead of urself, causing u to wind up, as a side benefit ur legs kick to catch up and as u push off u also get the tap n go effect from style one, giving u two swings for one

dis kinda off the subject but like how u keep yourself constantly balanced when u spinnin?..i mean i got the idea how to spin but i can't seem to keep mah self balance for long untill i juss flop...and suggestions?
